Planting Seeds

We have been learning all about plants. We planted seeds last Friday. Each morning the students check to see how much their plants have grown. They get very excited to see the changes in their plants.

Folk Tales

Our reading story for the week is The Little Red Hen. We have discovered that this type of story is a folktale. This picture is a taxedo of important words in the story. You can ask your student to tell you what a folktale is or ask them what their favorite part of the story was.
